Sorry there is no Sunday Night Movie this week, life got in the way and I simply couldn’t find the time for my weekly film. (Damn shame as I really love watching movies, but life isn’t always skittles and beer.)
Life’s been hectic lately and a bit stressful. It didn’t help today that San Diego got pounded by storms. Record breaking rainfall meant that our highways were locked and crashes were more plentiful than a politician’s lies.
I hope to have more to say tomorrow.
We’re seriously short on water here. We’re keeping it.
I got off work at 5:00 pm and at 5:40 I was less than two blocks from work. It was totally a cluster something last night.
Oh the joys of public transit. The trolley suffered damage to it’s power lines and dropped from one trolley per 15 minutes to more like one per hour.
So mostly be means of bus I got home after two hours, about an hour of which was walking or standing out in the howling rainstorm. While nursing a flu. While functioning on only two hours sleep. What fun.
Skittles and beer? But you don’t LIKE beer? Color me confused…
Seriously, enjoy that rain! If things proceed as normal it will be the last you see for a while. And send some here, while you’re at it. We are still low for water.
