…and before thst we had the Spice Girls!! Yeah, I can see it. Advertizers and movies (in the United States) make it very clear to women that your life ends sometime in your thirties (unless you can manage to LOOK like you’re in your thirties when your actually past forty). There are virtually no women in their fifties and sixties who are main characters in films, except for Dame Judy Densch, who is English anyway and usually playing a queen. I can definitely see it.
